He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). "Awesome. Joe and his team are wonderful to work with. I've never seen contractors so dedicated to getting things right, ensuring your satisfaction and giving 100% every day. Joe's team showed up on time (a few minutes early) every day for a week. They worked extremely hard at least 8 hours every day, were meticulous with their work and went above and beyond. We found a lot of issues under our vinyl, windows with no backer board, missing tyvek in a lot of places, no caulk around windows, we had mold, rotten and very wet boards (headers, plywood etc.), mold going to the drywall in spots and all sorts of issues. The guys replaced and repaired every issue and only went a day and a half over schedule considering all of the additional repairs they discovered and had to account for. Joe's pricing is great for the service they provide, his guys are wonderful, experienced and trustworthy, as is Joe."

"Oxen and his team obviously take pride in their work. They are respectful, clean up after themselves and leave the property better than they found it. They repaired the entire width of the back of our home. It had extensive water rot to the sides, eaves, and even a hole in the roof. Oxen then repaired other areas of fascia, siding & trim around the rest of the house. They then painted the exterior. Everything looks wonderful! Oxen is able to give you a budget and breakdown the “must-dos”. We would recommend Oxen and his team and will definitely use them again."

Francisco and his crew are excellent, professional, and always do a great yard. During the growing season, I never have to call him. He just shows up every two weeks and gets the yard in shape. I revently used him and his crew to remove some bad wood trim from the front of my house. They replaved the trim, caulked, power washed the surfaces, and repainted..all at a fair price.
