He diagnosed a defective blower wheel motor due to an excess of dust buildup in the intake. He tracked down a new blower wheel assembly which was in Denver. He made a trip to Denver the next day for the assembly, successfully replaced it and had hot water going for my tenants again. Very impressed and highly recommend him. "

"First, shingles for TWO roofs had been delivered on top of our double wide. When the two guys showed up to roof the first day, they didn't know why all the shingles were put on one house. I called Wyndhill and asked for them to move the shingles for the 2nd roof down because of the weight. Was told would be done at end of first day. It was not. Second we were told the work would be done in 2 days which turned into 4. There were 2 guys doing the house roof the first day, and then only one guy came for the next three days over a weekend. Our biggest concern was if he fell off the roof, no one would have known. Wyndhill told us they had run into trouble with losing crew etc. and couldn't reschedule more people to roof. We made so many calls to them about why they didn't show up, why materials were left, etc. They did give us the labor discount from Angies and took another $200 for inconvenience but it was really frustrating. The fan they replaced over the master bath which connects to the bedroom chatters with the wind. We asked them to fix it since Oct 4. Never did to our knowledge. They said they would replace it and they never followed up after several calls to them. My husband wound up going onto the roof and stuffing something in it to make the noise stop. Roof looks good. Price was good. Response was terrible. Sorry."

Both the security doors and garage doors were correctly measured and installed without any problem or issue. Great communication on what to expect and when to expect it. "We have been using Dave for the past 4 years for our annual snow removal. Le e just say that our driveway is a challenge. 10,000 feet elevation, switchback, all while climbing high And hey keep it clean so we can get in and out even in the worst of storms. Better than summit county clears the road. They will clear decks, roofs or walkways as well. During the summer season, he has also done landscaping work for us. Re-did a walkway, regraded and overseeded an area after our septic was replaced, plus smoothed out our gutty rocky drive after the snow melts. In addition, when we had 90+mph winds and some trees knocked our power out and literallly tore the electrical box off the house and blocked the driveway, he was there THE NEXT DAY with his chainsaw to help us out and has been our go to resource for any and all tree removal. Another time a delivery driver would not listen about putting all his chains on and got stuck on our walk retaining wall...a box truck!!! He came and pulled him off with his truck and was out at the house within the hour. He has always gone above and beyond for us and we are so happy to have found him off of Angie's list. We know other locals who have loved in Breck for years that only use Dave. He works hard and is an absolute pleasure. Even went as far as sending heartfelt condolences when my dad passed away. We have another project on our 10 acres and there is absolutely no one else we would consider to do the work. His pricing is fair and the finished project is fantastic!!!"
