"Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.

"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."

"Just had my project completed by Tom. Tom came out and gave me an estimate based on what we wanted done at our home. We collected 3 other prices from other contractors and also got pricing from 2 designers. We decided to go with ITM based on Tom's understanding and knowledge of what we wanted to achieve. Also he was able to include all engineering, and architectural designs. Tom was always available on his phone or called us back promptly, any issues or questions were addressed right away. They were not the cheapest option at the time. But we went with our gut and Tom did not disappoint. I do believe that we were given a high end job at a reasonable price. They worked efficiently and as clean as can be expected on a large project. All work was done with permits and all inspections were signed off. Tom made sure all punch list items were completed."
