Oscar, who was on site to repair nine broken shutter slats on our mid-century shutters as well as a huge relaxed Roman Shade in the bedroom and another more typically sized Roman Shade in another room, was professional, respectful, and great at his job. Third, I feel their price point is extremely fair. And fourth - just what a rare find The Blind Spot is!!! I had been searching for a way to repair our huge Roman Shade for months!
