"We remodeled both of our bathrooms with Pacific Ocean Builders this past summer. We live in a 1920â s coop building in West Hollywood which has a lot of requirements for renovations. (Lots of extra paperwork, licenses, letters, strict work hours, asbestos abatements, and they also had stipulations about which plumbers we could use). Pacific Ocean Builders were very accommodating and flexible about all of our buildings needs. Pacific Ocean Builders weren't the cheapest quote we received but the had the best upfront communication and expertise which we why we chose to work with them and It was a great decision because the bathrooms came out beautiful!! The craftsmanship was an excellent and the workers was very respectful of the other spaces in our apartment. They keep all the areas of the apartment they're using clean while working. The project did take longer than we anticipated but that had nothing to do with the Erez team. I had hold ups with the building, the required sub-contractors and the DOB which was aggravating but come with the territory of this type of renovation. All that said, our favorite part of working with Pacific Ocean Builders were the accessibility. They're always available to help corral the many different moving parts of the job and it was essential that we were always able to get in touch with someone who could give us updates and help at a moments notice. "I give this company 5 out of 5 Stars on my recent Kitchen Reconstruction Project. I had significant water damage in my kitchen from a burst pipe under my sink and needed to renovate my entire kitchen because of it. I got several bids to do the work and many of the contractor were all over the map with respect to their pricing nor did they provide detailed estimates for me to really examine the costs. When Universal Home Design came to do their bid, they were upfront on what needed to be done and provided a detailed bid along with samples and an estimate as to how long the work would take. Ouriel Lousky was very easy to work with and was very thorough in answering all our questions. Even questions sent via email/text were answered promptly. He provided a lot of pictures as well of projects he was either working on or had finished. The quality of the work through those pictures in addition to his upfront attitude sold us and we hired them to do the work. It took under 2-weeks to complete out kitchen from beginning to end. The crew always arrived between 8-9 am and were very courteous. I’ll also mentioned that they were also very quiet while doing their work which allowed me to work upstairs and my kids to attended class from home (due to COVID-19) without any significant interruptions from noise. In addition, each day the crew would announce when they were leaving for the day. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done upon completion. I can’t recommend this company enough! I should mention that there were no change orders required as part of my project and if Ouriel was able to get me a better deal on an item (cabinet knobs for example) he would offer it. If you are thinking of having some work done to your house, give these guys a chance. Let them do a bid for you and look through the examples of the work that they have done. You can’t go wrong!!
