Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

"Most pleased. Would definitely hire again. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."

"The renovation went very well. It was an extensive project renovating the existing home (down to the studs, new HVAC, siding, windows, roof, new kitchen, 3 new baths, etc) plus adding an addition that is now our master bedroom, laundry room, and master bath area. Misha was punctual, professional, and kind. Our project took 7 months-longer than we had planned for but 90% of the delays were caused by the city requiring additional work and waiting for them to come out and inspect. I highly recommend Misha for your home improvement project!"

"Fixing horrible construction work on a 5yrs old bd from ''develoer' AX Builders. Tye fronf panel were built without sealant around windows and without screws. The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."
