"Mr. Stiffler believes in what I would call "old time customer service." He was very professional and courteous, and installed my new dining room chandelier in short order at a reasonable price. Mr. Stiffler made no assumptions about how low or high over the table to hang the chandelier. He asked me how low I wanted it (he had already measured how low the existing chandelier was hung), and worked with me to get it at the height I desired. Lastly, he placed plastic wrap on the floor before he started his work, and just rolled it up when he was finished and took it with him. No clean-up for me! A job well done.
