"The service tech was great, but cost was way too high. $512 to replace two GFCI receptacles after a diagnosis of the electric panel and the circuits. Could have been much much higher if I had agreed to all the other “recommended add-on services and equipment” this company offered. Also requested a quote for installation of an EV charging unit. Nearly $5,800! Got a second quote from another company - $1,326. Guess which quote I accepted. But, as I said, the tech was great - friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful. But beware the high cost."

He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. They covered the work area with plastic and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this C.T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC for timely, quality, electrical work.
