"They checked the chimney, which didn't need to be swept. Gas fireplace flues don't normally need sweeping. There were no cracks or maintenance needed. They removed the gas logs so they check the gas line and the igniter. They did a little tweaking, put everything back and we were set to go. They explained things as they went. We were very pleased with from start to finish. Including making the appointment thru the visit. Everyone was very professional."

"Great! Bill and his wife, Teresa spent a lot of time with us going over all the options, choices of logs, rock, showing pics of jobs they had done to give us ideas. No middle man with them. Bill actually does the work himself with a helper and his wife works at the office. Price was dramatically lower than competitor and they are much more knowledgable than others we have dealt with. Only wish we had gone to them last year when we made a poor decision going with Carolina Hearth to install logs they claimed would put out more heat-a total waste of money.
