Let me say upfront that Mr. Flake and Jason did a good job on my floor. However, my impression of Mr. Flake is that he is a very busy man. He appeared to have a lot going on. The biggest issue I had was with scheduling. On multiple occasions, he said he would be at my house at a certain time and was late or canceled altogether. The worst incident was when he said he would be at my house at 8:00 AM but didn?t show up. At 11:30 AM I called him and found out he was working on another project. He apologized and said he would come at 1 PM. He didn?t show up until 2:15 PM. By that time, I was leaving to an appointment. We made arrangements for him to come back at 3:30 PM, but I wasted my morning waiting for him that day. Despite scheduling and punctuality issues, I am satisfied with the overall job. Mr. Flake is pleasant, knowledgeable, and does good work. "
