My wife searched the web and found Mike at Flaker Flooring South Carolina and we contacted him on 6.9.2022 and made plans for him to come and look at the floor. We were in a hurry to put our house in CHESNEE, SC on the market by 6.18.2022. Mike usually does not work on weekends, but Mike came right out on time as scheduled and finished the floor on time.He called in advance to let us know exactly what time to meet. He went out of his way and repaired it perfectly. His price was very reasonable. We cannot say thank you enough. We highly recommend his company. "I was not offered any of the advertised discounts. Shortly after the install was done Empire advertised a large discount. Since my installation was complete I was not able to take advantage of it. The cost of doing 4 steps was prohibitive. I am installing another product on the steps since Empire does not do stairs except for carpeting. There was confusion on the install date. The installers didn't have enough to finish the job and had to return the next week ti finish. The installers did a great job. The cost was over $7 a square foot."
