"I highered Bruce and his team, we're very happy with the service. They installed a couple new baseboard heaters to our existing unit to add more heat to a few rooms that's were cooler than we liked. We're very happy and much warmer. Bruce and his team were responsive and open to everything they were doing. Fast and efficient highly recommended!"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Was quoted over the phone for the job, which was very reasonable compared to others. Alvin also got back to me right away with answers to additional questions I had. He was able to schedule the job right away, which we needed since a hot water heater went bad. The two technicians showed up early and were very courteous and thoughtful about keeping the house clean while they worked. Eric and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficent. I would not hesitate to hire Alvin's again."

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Thetechnician was friendly and did a great job of servicing my boiler and mini splits"

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."
