Fantastic job and the cost was amazingly affordable. Best of all during the "cold snap" in Feb a water pipe broke and flooded the crawl space. R3 arriving a 6:00 am noticed the problem, cut the water at the main, immediately got a pump and started pumping the water from the crawl space. We contacted the insurance company and R3 coordinated all the necessary info with the agent and continued with the remodel project..
