On time in all the appointments before installation and was helpful in recommending a local business for a non HVAC issue I needed assistance with. I know that Lennox is a quality product and I'm very pleased so far. Tom and another technician(apologize for forgetting his name) were both friendly and professional during the installation. I've had the new furnace for about a month now and notice a huge difference in the comfort of my home.
