"Amazing work by Dave and his team!! They transformed our basement and we could not be happier with our additional living space! Adding a large office, large open living room with a game room, extra closet / storage space, framing and separating our utility side, replacing windows, flooring, walls, painting. Reliable and efficient work, finished our basement within two months. Highly recommend!"

"????? After another company came in and completely messed up our deck project, we were frustrated and unsure who to trust. Thankfully, we called Modern Building & Contracting, and honestly, we only wish we had found them first! James and Mike came out, listened to our concerns, and immediately put us at ease. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished deck turned out absolutely beautiful. My family and I couldn?t be happier with the results. It?s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. "Awesome. The left the house cleaner than they found it. They did a wonderful job and I am thinking about hiring them for a kitchen remodel."

"The team was professional, pleasant, and kept me informed throughout the process. Each day the site was cleaned and that sure helps after a long day and kids still want to be out at play. I was presented options for porch and was able to design to my taste. Thank you"

"He did all work quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I was extremely pleased with the several jobs he was able to complete for me in just 4 hours (this includes him driving to Home Depot for all of the bathroom parts) I will definitely hire him again, fantastic job!"

"The work was done quickly and efficiently.  The workers were competent, polite and left the house in excellent shape.  I discussed possible future work.  The company deserves its high rating."
