"The project seems good. I do not think they prepared the surface correctly, they did not tamp down, they threw loose dirt and wet it and said that would be the same. No other contractors think that. So we will see if this slab cracks. Their customer service lacks, they do not return phone calls, they do not keep in communication and they certainly do not make you feel confident. I think they should consider hiring an actual salesman, as the guy who did the work seems good at what he does. He is rough around the edges. In the end, If the slab does not crack, awesome. I would be wary of recommending to friends because they really are poor at customer service. And preparation. They seem like they fly by the seat of their pants, does not instill confidence Again, the slab looks beautiful"
