I had a damaged carpet that I needed removed asap and replaced with staggered tile. He kindly fit me in within 2 weeks on a holiday weekend to get it done. He quoted an extremely fair price. The tile lines up perfectly with the existing install so you can't tell it wasn't tile the whole time. He was here literally at the exact start time he stated both days. They finished sooner than I expected. My carpet looked and smelled great when they were done. The cleaning agents used were non-toxic to children and pets--plus there wasn't an unpleasant "bleachy" smell. Just clean.
