"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. "Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.
