"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Working with Dave was and still is absolutely awesome. When it comes to prompt service, honesty, knowledge and fixing the issue, Dave helped us out a ton . I had an issue with my Samsung dryer not heating. I first reached out to Samsung directly and was given a very basic trouble shoot over the phone, when that proved unsuccessful, I was given the phone number of 3 service companies. After talking to all 3 call centers (after a nice long hold time) in a very non personal customer service type of way and getting ridiculously high quotes for services calls, I looked into finding a local technician myself. I came across Call Dave Appliance Repair and Im very happy I did. Dave answered after 2 rings of the phone and helped identify the problem, how to fix it and shared a lot of info and knowledge. We scheduled a service call and Dave was prompt, worked fast and was very fairly priced, he also followed up to make sure everything was still working after the service call. "It took a little while to get them out here but once they came out, they did a good job. The person that I used to have retired and so when I called them, they gave me ACE Appliance Repair and so I called him and it took a while to get my call returned and they didn’t show up the first time that they said they did. They rang the bell but they didn’t call and I didn’t hear them then they made another appointment and they didn’t come that time and they came at the wrong time and then finally they came and they fixed everything and it was fine but it took 3 tries. They actually gave me a discount because he had been late. He gave me 25% off so he did make up for it. They were very friendly. Once I got them, they were good. I discussed all the problems with him and he assured me that he was going to be speaking with his office person so I think a lot of it was just miscommunication."

"Jim (owner) and Chris are both polite and professional.  I did have to wait sometime from first contacting them to finally get an estimate, but their were extenuating circumstances going on from what I understand.  We ultimately went with another company due to price differences, but I would certainly recommend contacting Home Crafters.  Ask for Jim or Chris.
