"The take away: Impressive! I'd hire him again without any hesitation and will recommend him to anyone who needs plaster work done. I had several areas in my house that needed plaster repaired from a roof leak and from a plumbing drain stack replacement. Other companies wouldn't take on the job or wanted $6K to $8K and a week to do it. Robert came in, took a quick look and some pictures and quoted me at $1,700 and could do it all in one day! Sounded too good to be true, but with all the good reviews he has, I hired him. He wasn't booked up, so I hired him on Monday and he scheduled the work Thursday and then finished everything in a half day. I think everything is done extremely well! The new plaster blends right into the old plaster. And that's the thing - it's plaster. He's able to do it in one day because he puts up sheet rock and plasters over it rather than putting up drywall and putting layers and layers of joint compound on the seams, which requires time to dry, then sanding, repeat. With plaster, you put it on once, smooth it out, let it dry and it's done, and frankly looks better that way. Anyway, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the experience and highly recommend Robert!"

"I had bids from 3 kitchen and bath renovators and BKG came in far below the other businesses. I read good reviews about them so I decided to hire them. My design specialist was Terra Brubaker in the South Hills showroom. She was extremely helpful with choosing the cabinets and quartz countertops. She spent quite a bit of time with me through the process by answering questions about installation and appliance purchases. Installation went smoothly however there were a few minor things that needed adjusting after install so Terra made sure everything was perfect and sent the installers back to the house. "Our tile presented unique challenges...the walls and ceiling are covered by a classic and quot;pigmented structural glassand quot; made by PPG back in the 1940s and 1950s. PPG called their version of this glass by the brand name Carrara.
We were very concerned about protecting the original look of the bathroom and Patrick Shannon was more than up to the task.
The entire project was completed without any of the glass tiles being compromised.
In addition, Patrick upgraded much of the bathroom's caulking and grouting.
My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with Patrick's contributions. He was, at all times, professional and competent.

"This the second time I've worked with Jason, He replaced windows on the second floor and installed sofia and fascia on  front and back porch back in 2012. Did a great job and cost me only 10K. So I used him again on a bigger project, new kitchen and downstairs bathroom as well as replace the ceiling in the living room. I did the demo on kitchen and bathroom myself to save some bucks, but he came in laid everything out and how long the project would take. He started on time and as we moved through the construction, I made several changes which he accommodated without issue and gave me a clear price adjustment on the additional services. He brought everything up to code in both bath and kitchen and his plumber and electrician were there on time to keep project on schedule. Start to finish was 4-5 weeks. This was my daughter's house and I plan to use him for my kitchen remodel next year.
Price was great and affordable (22K) and his crew were all great guys.
If your getting quotes, get one from this guy, by far cheaper than most contractors.
