He got back to me in a couple of hrs when going through Angie.very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. I live in a mobile home and some of the fittings I had to end up having someone that knew what they were doing to come in and fix the piping since it’s not like a normal house. I had to have him replace a water valves underneath the sink that was leaking while he was here. I had him do the sinks in both bathrooms. It only took him a little bit over an hour to fix the job. "A regular furnace and air conditioning maintenance check on Wednesday, January 13 revealed that the heat exchanger was failing on our 17-year-old furnace.  There were other problems as well.  The condition was unsafe and we decided to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit which had been installed at the same time, to take advantage of financial incentives and improved efficiency.  We've dealt with Homer Nine for many years, and they were willing to install the furnace immediately, on an emergency basis.  The day after the furnace check, January 14, they customized the sheet metal ductwork and installed a new furnace.  They came back the following Monday, January 18, they returned and installed a new air conditioning unit.  On every occasion, they were punctual and courteous, and described what they were doing.  They cleaned up completely.  This is why we've dealt with them exclusively for many years - a very professional company which treats its customers very well.
