"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!

Mr. Simmons discussed various options for repair. I am on a limited budget and decided to go with the more cost effective solution. Being a small business, Mr. Simmons had to leave to pick up materials and equipment but he was back in hour to complete the work and finished the job in no time. What he charges for labor an hour is higher than I am used to paying, BUT I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN."
