"I am more than pleased to recommend CAC Plumbing because of Calvin's pleasant demeanor, attention to detail and ready sense of humor. He quickly responded to my water heater inspection request, and was able to arrange time to do the service at the end of the same day. He was easy to talk with, taught me various aspects about water heaters and was willing to explain tank-less heaters as well. Calvin's knowledge and experience made me feel confident about choosing his company. His service was above and beyond my expectations, making me feel like I gained a new friend. I will call him again when needed, and highly recommend CAC Plumbing to everyone. A "Perfect 10", thank you again, Calvin!"

"Thought we would need a new water heater when ours went out, especially since so many of our neighbors had replaced theirs recently. Called Maples and Mike was out that day. He said the water heater could easily be repaired rather than replaced. Saved us over $1,200! Great service and the highest integrity."

"Well, this isnt really about the company. They were fine and did their part satisfactorily. This is about one of their employees, a Mr Jim Costello. This man is old school fantastic. If you ever need Mr Rooter to come to your house, request this man, you will NOT be sorry. My background (retired now) has a lot of equipment or automotive mechanical experience in it. One thing that always bugged me was 'parts changers'. These type of people didn't know how to fix things or troubleshoot anything, they would just order a whole new this or that and on occasion get lucky and actually make something work Mr Costello is not like that. Not even close. I was having a rather unusual problem that nobody, not even the 'senior tech' could figure out. All he wanted to do was, you guessed it, order a whole new assembly. What Mr Costello, 'Jimmie', did is give me some good old school thinking and figuring and reasoned out the problem. Then, on a Friday evening, when most people would be trying to get home, he went back to the shop, searched for about an hour for the right part, and then came back ,That evening, to fix my heater. To me, an old school type, this meant a lot. For Jimmie, it wasn't about checking off boxes or punching a clock. To a man like Mr Costello, it is the job that matters, the 'git r done' attitude that is sadly lacking in so many people these days. It is too bad Mr Costello doesn't own his own business, he would get all my plumbing business from now on.

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"Jose and team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work they performed, installing a new electric tankless water heater, was accurately installed. Jose recommended a water heater that exceeded my expectations and has worked expertly since. I also hired Jose to repair a leaking pipe in a bathroom which he did on an emergency basis. He andâ  s his team are scheduled to install a shower in the same bathroom, and to perform the work needed to remodel my kitchen. I highly recommend Jose and his company to anyone seeking expert professional plumbing work."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
