"I was recommended to Rob by a neighbor after I had tried (and subsequently) failed to install out of the box blinds purchased from a big box store on my own. From the first email, Rob was responsive, professional, and fast. We began with a thorough in-home consult where he walked me through his product, not only educating me on the differences between his blinds and the out of the box blinds but also showing me those differences so I knew he wasn't just trying to sell me. We collaboratively discussed options for every window in my 2 story 2,000+ sq foot town home and I never felt pressured to buy. He gave me a quote on the spot and after placing an order, were installed within 2 weeks. Installation was quick and unobtrusive. He even worked around some other tradesmen I had in the house at the same time. My favorite part was more education during install - he shows you how to properly use and maintain your blinds - including how to clean them in 30 seconds :) He even adjusted the two blinds I self-installed at no extra cost. Rob's prices can't be beat - In the end I had a better quality blind professionally installed for LESS than what I would have paid to buy it at Home Depot or Lowes. <br /> It is clear Rob has a passion for what he does and he does it very well. "Raleigh Window and Siding is a top notch customer oriented business. I spent weeks researching many window manufacturers (Okna is who we went with) and performance and pricing were key factors. The Okna windows that RW&S installed are very good quality and have energy ratings and functionality that will last for decades. Don't be confused with lower priced builder grade windows some sell for slightly lower prices. The owner Bruce was very responsive to any question or issue we had during the process. The install crew was Class A with their attention to detail unmatched. Nate is the head installer and knows this business inside out. He along with his two installers Chad and Craig did a superb job removing old windows, replacing rotted trim with PVC pieces, installing leveled windows, insulating, caulking and capping the outside trim. It looks amazing now that the job is complete. I would highly recommend the Okna window as a replacement and as there are two companies that install this window, I would highly recommend Raleigh Window and Siding to perform this work."

This year we noticed the window was smokey, called them up and sent a photo, window replaced no questions! They stand behind their lifetime warranty! "I had used them before to replace a large front sealed window. (I thought I had found them previously in Angie's list, but they don't seem to be today) So I just called them back and asked to come give me an estimate. They came the same day. Made the measurement. Told me it would be about a week and a half to two weeks for it to be built and they would call me when it was ready. Very professional, just as they were last time. <br /> They called about two weeks later and they had time that day and I was available, so they came the same day again. They put down drop cloths inside and out for any debris and went right to work pulling out the old one and replacing it with the new one. There are two of them and they obviously have been working together for a long time as little was said, they both knew what needed to be done. As it turned out I had nothing better to do so I was able to watch. They were very efficient and friendly, even though some contractors don't like to be watched. They vacuumed up before they even removed the drop cloths, everything was done very well, in my opinion. They had noted to me that the existing frame was broken, so I knew when they took it down, it would come down in two pieces, they didn't break it. But, of course, it was easy for them to fix it upon reinstallation. They were in and out in no time and we're back in business with a new window. <br />"
