"I knew I had a squirrel problem for about a year, but had tried to fix the problem myself with no success. When researching companies to come out and provide services, I initially searched under pest control services but was not confident they would fit my needs. I finally searched for animal removal services and found ACME was a highly rated service provider. ACME sent Paul out a couple of days after I called to evaluate and confirm my suspicions. He initially placed a no-kill trap on the roof in the area above the damaged soffit where the squirrel was entering the attic. After about a week, he installed a different type of no-kill trap directly over the damaged soffit. Within a day, the squirrel had been captured and was being relocated. The next step was to stuff the hole with newspaper to see if any other animals were accessing the attic. After about a week of no activity, Paul returned to cover the access points with fine steel mesh (which he assured me no squirrel could chew through), and installed a panel to conceal the damaged area. <br /> I felt the prices quoted for the repairs were a bit high, but not excessive. <br /> Paul conducted a thorough assessment of the roof and attic, and identified possible entrance and exit points (other than the obvious hole in the soffit). He was very friendly and professional, and explained the process and answered any questions I had. I Haven't had any problems since they completed the removal and repairs. I would recommend ACME to anyone that needs animal removal services. <br />"

"I had an estimate done just before Thanksgiving. They explained how they would do the work and gave me a range for what it would cost. The actual work was scheduled for the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. The specialist arrived exactly on time (his timeliness continued throughout the 5 days of work) and I showed him around. From outside, he quickly spotted the squirrel's entry hole (which I was never able to see ;-) The entry point was in the soffit, so there was nowhere to set a trap. He explained that he would have to block the entry and continue coming back, and re-blocking the entry, until the squirrels gave up and moved on. He estimated another 3 days. The second and third day, the squirrels chewed through the initial blocking material, and the next day pulled out the screws when he used a stronger wire mesh. The pest specialist said that at this point, it's too easy for the squirrels to eat through the plastic soffit. He asked about the attics in our townhomes. When I told him there were different interior designs, we spoke with one neighbor who had attic access near the soffit. He set traps in that neighbor's soffit area, and then in the attic of a third neighbor who has an unfinished attic. The next day, both squirrels were trapped. I haven't heard any squirrels in the weeks since. I'm very pleased with the positive results in such an out-of-the-ordinary set of circumstances. The specialist was always on time and did a great job explaining his approach and the rationale behind it. He worked with me to figure out how to get the squirrels out permanently. Even with the extra day of work, the cost was within the initial estimate."

"They come three times a year for bugs, unless I call them like this year there were some wasps around some trees this year and I called them for that.  I pay an annual fee of about $380 for keeping the bugs away.  I spend $150 a year for termite inspection.  They have always been dependable and they come in and get the job done.  They set up an appointment, they are here when they say they are going to be here and don’t leave a mess or anything for me.  The quality of their work is good.  They are usually here when they say so, but every once in a while they could get delayed by an hour.  I will use them again; I have a contract with them."

"Amazing. Every employee who has visited is professional, timely, friendly, very knowledgeable about the types of pests and not afraid to get in that crawl space to prevent, clean, and inspect. The operations supervisor called me to discuss the sanitizer they would use after rat removal and proofing. He had already contacted the manufacturer of the product when all I wanted was the name so I could check it out (kids and dog). He provided so much info I never even bothered looking it up myself AND he called me after the service to see how it went and how we were doing!! I cannot provide a higher review.
