"We hired this company to do a major renovation to our home, which included replacing flooring throughout the house, removing popcorn ceilings and painting throughout the house, kitchen and half bathroom remodel, new lighting, total renovation of our FROG to include built-in cabinets. The workers were prompt and professional, the owner Rafael was very available with any questions and they worked well with me with changes I made throughout the project. Also, they were flexible with me as far as scheduling work in the rooms that were cleared out, as we remained living in the home during this project and it worked out very well! "Our kitchen renovation project is now complete, and we could not be happier with the final results or Get It Done Contracting.  We have never done a renovation project before, and Dave made us so comfortable from the very start, suggesting ideas, patiently answering all of our questions, and letting us know up front during the estimate that he could not predict how complicated the wall demolition would be until he could see inside the wall and kitchen soffit that was being removed.  Both while we were still shopping around for a contractor and after we signed a contract with Get It Done, Melisa was always willing to take the time to answer our questions via email (in retrospect, I am a bit embarrassed at the number of emails I sent).   Our project involved a substantial amount of demo, carpentry, and finishing work that Dave performed himself, as well as a substantial amount of electrical work.  Dave was always happy to make small changes as the project progressed, and the final price based on ?change orders? to the original work scope was very reasonable.  The electrical subcontractor was also great, and the City inspector breezed through the inspection as he was very familiar with the electrician and knew what high quality work he performed.  After seeing our finished kitchen, and asking many questions of their own, our neighbors from across the street with a similar floor plan are considering a very similar project and they have contacted Get It Done for an estimate on their project.   The fact that we recommended Dave to our neighbors and they have called Dave after seeing his work is the best evidence of our level of satisfaction.

"Let me start at the beginning ... the initial meeting with our salesman Al was very pleasant.  He gathered the information he needed from us as to what we needed and gave us appropriate suggestions.  He delivered the estimate, and what I really liked was he was not pushy.  We told him we were getting other estimates and he waited for us to make a decision.  I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the fact that he was not a "pushy salesman".
The estimate was about what we expected and in line with the others we got.
We are VERY HAPPY that we decided to go with Grace Exterior.  They came exactly when they said they would.  The job took the amount of time they estimated it would.  Their installers were very professional and courteous, and at the end of every day they cleaned up all of their materials and left our house the way they found it.  More to the point they did a fabulous job in every respect.  The team that does the vinyl wrapping goes above and beyond.  When I drive around and look at other vinyl wrapping jobs, I do not see any that have the amount of details incorporated into them that our does.
At then end of the job, we were contacted to find out how it went and if we had any issues or concerns - great customer service and followup.
If you are looking for any of these types of services I highly recommend getting an estimate from Grace Exteriors - I believe you will be happy too in your dealings with them.

"First of all let me say you will not regret having these guys work for you.  Stanley Gibson, one of the owners, was who I dealt with at first.  He was great.  He showed up on time for meetings, responded to all my questions in a timely fashion and was able to provide me with examples and great references.  
In the early spring, prior to the start of this project, I had researched column wrap products out there extensively before moving forward with actually having vendors come out for bids and ideas.  As usual, I referred to Angie's List and called some of the best rated vendors.  I've got to tell you, we were thoroughly unimpressed.  They came out and talked a big game, but when it came time to tell us what products they wanted to use they couldn't give us an example of one house that we could go look at, where they had done the work we were interested in.  I was suggesting products to them, and just got the standard...we can do whatever it is you want.  I wanted someone to come to me with some great ideas and I didn't want to be the guinea pig, if they really had not worked with certain products.  I started to give up on the project thinking maybe I had been watching too much HGTV and that what I wanted didn't really exist in Virginia Beach.  FINALLY I was driving one day and I saw new construction where there were exposed 4x4 columns and they were being wrapped in column wraps.  I asked one of the laborers for a phone number.  I called immediately and this is where I was introduced to Stanley from Custom Contracting.
He was so pleasant and well versed in everything I was talking about.  As mentioned above, he was punctual, educated in his field and always got back to me with my questions.  He gave me several homes to look at where his team had done the work.  My husband and I were so excited that we finally had come across a vendor who understood what we wanted and seemed as though they could come through for us.  Of course we were worried that the bid would be the downfall.  To our surprise, his bid was much better than the ones we had already received and Custom Contracting was actually going to do a few more odds and end jobs that the others hadn't even bid out.  
Project started on time, finished on time and the laborers were very respectful of our property.  I don't have one bad thing to say about them.  Knowing what we know now, I honestly think I would have still selected Custom Contracting, even if their bid had been the highest.  I had the best feeling about them even though they had no reviews on Angie's List.  
There were no surprises.  They did everything we wanted with no hidden charges.  We literally paid the contracted price.  Our house looks amazing!  All our neighbors keep telling us how great our house looks and are looking to use Custom Contracting as well in the future.
