"Above and beyond expectations. Zach was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and available to answer any questions I had. On the roof, in the basement, in the attic, he covered every inch of the house inside and out. The report that was shared had photos to show what he had noticed to better put into context what he was describing. And to top it off, he followed up afterward to check and make sure everything was ok, and to see if I had any follow up questions. I did have some followup questions, and they were promptly and professionally answered. Great company, great people, and worth every penny spent."
