Josh installed a wall charger for my electric vehicle, disconnect shut off switch in the garage, ran cabling from a new 60amp circuit, additional receptacles in the garage I asked for, whole house surge protector, and more. It was a big job! The best part is my kids were still able to distance learn in the bedrooms without interruption of power while install occurred. Josh answered questions I had even after the job was complete over his personal cell phone when I followed up with a call. This makes for great customer service! "The company was very responsive, followed up after initial estimate visit, but did not push. Installers Glen and Marcus were personable, explained issues they encountered. A misunderstanding on my part regarding the final payment was handled very professionally. Most importantly, I am really enjoying having hot water at a moment's notice! "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.
