"We moved into our new home in January and wanted to replace Window Blinds throughout the house.  We looked at the Big Box stores and the National Franchise services but found that their cookie cutter approach and pricing was less then attractive.  We decided to look for small retial firms near us to support our community and to secure quality service.
We referred to ABC and called them to set up a meeting.  Chris responded to our call and we met at our house to discuss our needs and to look at the scope of work.  Chris came prepared with samples and options and took a full measuremnet of the project.  He reviwed product options and made a recommendation.  He then prepared his cost estimate on the spot which we found very competitive.
We placed our order with a 50% downpayment.  The next day Chris confirmed our order with an estimated time to deliver and install 20+ window blinds of 21 days.  As our delivery date approached, we were contacted by CHris to set up an intallation date.  Chris and his assistant arrived at our house on time and did an outstanding installation in under 2 hours.He walked us through the job, made adjustments as required and left our house clean with new beautiful window shades.
When you are looking to replace window shades, shop around and look at options and pricing.  We looked at our options with Costco and Home Depot and found the options limited, pricing noncompetive which left us less then confident in getting good service.  We decided to look local for this project to get the best customer service and product options."

All renovation and repair issues are handled expeditiously and at the quoted costs. What makes them different is that they are customer service driven, and work with integrity, especially with the amount of work I had done. "John and his crew did a great job. Our porch was in terrible shape. The wood was rotted with a lot of water damage. John replaced the entire porch and steps with high quality wood and composites. We are delighted with the new porch. The ceiling is made up of beautiful cedar and the deck is of a super hard wood called Ipe. We can't wait for nice weather so we can spend time on our beautiful new porch.? Because John did such an excellent job with the porch we decided to have him repair and replace the things that we have been putting off getting done. He systematically approached each task and consulted with us at every step of the way. For example, we discussed the shutters, different types of materials and their advantages and disadvantages and then we ordered the perfect shutters. They look great, match the color or our new front door, and they are made of a water proof composite material so we won't have to worry about them rotting in the future.? In addition to the porch we had a lot of water damaged wood fascia that John replaced. This wood was on all sides of the house and the garage. The house looks so much better without the rotten wood and peeling paint we used to have. Plus since the new material is waterproof and termite proof we won't have to worry about it. I worked closely with John to select the doors, locks and doorbells. We are extremely happy with them. Our front door has a Schlage lock that we unlock using a code and it has worked flawlessly. It also has a key back up just in case. John put on an additional chain lock and made sure the doors worked perfectly.? John had to find a person to build the round window for our attic since that size and type of window is not easy to come by. It looks great and it is also made of a material that is waterproof. All in all, we are happy that we were able to get all of the things repaired that we needed done. Plus John helped us find a roofer, and an electrician to do some electrical work inside and outside of the house.? It was a pleasure to have John and his guys working on our house. They were punctual, friendly and hard-working. At the end of each day, John and his crew made sure that all work areas were nice and clean. I was amazed at the skill and care John took with all of his work. He really does pay attention to detail and if something is not perfect he will do it over until he gets it just right.? I highly recommend Valeri Construction for any carpentry and related work on your home. He does beautiful work.?"
