"My go-to for my own home or my real estate clients. Very trustworthy great pricing and gives honest advice about work that is needed or not necessary. Very neat and professional. Recently just replaced my hot water heater"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Jerry has the plumbing expertise anyone would love to hire . He shows up as expected, in a very timely manner, He works very professionally,, explains the details of his job in a manner that that one can easily understand, very clean & tidy that I did not do any cleaning at all after he completed the job. He is highly skilled in what he was doing which was installing/ replacing my leaking water heater. Above all, he is very kind & respectful with great communication & interpersonal skills."

"The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs."

"Chris replaced gas water heater, re-plumbed washing machine discharge, replaced all sink water supply valves and hoses in home and apartment. He was completely professional, on time, very good communication and did an excellent job for a fair price. I would definitely use him exclusively and I have already recommended him to others"

"Eric and his Installers were so nice and respectful.. they showed up to the job at 8 am (exactly when they said they would) they installed a new Rheen central air system in my house. They did an amazing job especially since the weather was so bad that day. it poured rain all day, but that did not slow them down.. they did not rush or cut corners and the work was done right.. they even took the time to answer all my questions and show me all they did and explain the good and bad of the installation.. they were very clean and did not leave a mess.. very reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know... Thank you again, Eric. Fantastic Job."

"These guys are fabulous! They arrived on time, took the time to troubleshoot the problem, worked professionally, courteously and neatly! Kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly got me a new water heater installed in less than 3 hours at half the price, half the time and zero problems my friend had 2 months ago! I will sing their praises and will refer them forever! They left me 100% satisfied with their clean up and efficiency! Do not hesitate to use them, they are wonderful!!!"

"Removed old hot water heater and Installed tankless heater ."

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."
