""I recently had a water heater installed by Orkie with Home Improvement Specialists, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The technician Orkie arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the installation. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood how to operate the new water heater before he left. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the technician left my home clean and tidy. I've been using my new water heater for a few weeks now and it's working perfectly. I would highly recommend Orkie with Home Improvement Specialists to anyone in need of a water heater installation or replacement.”"

"I’ve used Anthony Heating & Plumbing for close to 8 years. They’ve replaced heating/A/C and water heater. They also have done some plumbing, fixed a sump pump issue, installed new PVC pipes for better flow and do annual general maintenance on my A/C and heater. They are punctual, friendly and clean. A few of my neighbors began using them."

"Great. ErIck responded quickly. Helped me through the process. He and his team replaced my hot-water heater. All done on agreed time table. Cleaned up and disposal was perfect."

"Tom discussed what I would want in a heater and why he recommended the brand he did. They arranged the appointment and arrived on time. The gentlemen installing the unit were friendly, polite, and informative. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured I understood what they did and that everything worked before they left."

"They got the new hot water heater installed shortly after I requested it. Friendly & Efficient."

"Quick! He was here within 24 hours to replace a water heater even though he was booked. Installed the water heater removed mine hauled away and everything within 30 minutes. The only reason they do not get five stars was just because of a little water on the concrete but I know he was super busy and overbooked as it was."

"They replaced the control panel/ transformer on our furnace, they overnighted the part and had it installed in around 20 minutes after the technician arrived. All told it cost $325 parts/labor. Granted, I don't have a metric to compare this price to but I don't feel like the bill was outrageous, especially given the service."
