"We hired CQS Construction for a smallish exterior landscaping/electrical project, and their service was top notch. The crew was available right away, and they spent the time necessary to properly diagnose the problems with our exterior landscape lighting, replace the faulty equipment, and make other necessary repairs. We will definitely hire this contractor again. I highly recommend them."

"Great! Team executed my landscaping project as designed. Buildt masonry columns for water faucets, and added masonry borders around flower beds. Beautiful job and adds value to our property. Would recommend for all your landscaping & patio requirements."

"I've had to deal with a lot of contractors this past year due to water damage in the house, so I am very suspicious when it comes to selecting contractors and, because of bad experiences, I know what to look for in a contractor. I went with Dreamscapes for my landscaping job because I felt comfortable that they were honest and would do a good job (and secondarily they were the lowest bidder!). Mike delivered on everything I expected (and more), and the work that they did was outstanding. My backyard looks great - better than it ever has! I highly recommend Mike and Dreamscapes, and will definitely use them again for other projects that I have planned."

It all started with a trip to the Azores of Portugal. RTA's co-founder went there to meet his wife's family… And had his first encounter with an outdoor kitchen. The charm of that kitchen went far beyond providing meals. It served as an inviting gathering space, and offered moments to break bread together.\n\nThe inspiration from that outdoor kitchen was bottled up and shipped back to the US. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction. Thus began the journey, with a goal of remastering the outdoor kitchen.

"We got our roof done our bathroom remodel and our back porch painted they did a great job thanks to moar and Albert and the crew"

"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"Chris did a great job on my kitchen back splash and priced reasonably. Most importantly he left the house in great condition. It was as if he wasn’t there. He even brought in my trashcans on trash day. In the process I wanted to layout the tile a certain way and Chris was willing to work with me to get the over results achieved. Everything turned out great and looks beautiful."

"The designers were able to make the most of my small space, creating a functional and beautiful kitchen."
