I received a confirmation text, a follow-up call when the technician was in route, and even a text introduction with a picture and background info on the technician. Who does that? **Keep Smiling does.** Technician **Byron Solares** was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. I explained that I have my elderly father with a breathing condition living with me, and Byron not only resolved the issue efficiently, but took the time to explain everything clearly. "Absolutely awful people - The "tech" (glorified salesman) came into my house trying to upsell me on a bunch of ineffectual products - when I declined - politely at that - he got hostile and started insulting me - when I reacted to his disrespectful attitude and told him to leave my property immediately - he then threatened me physically - he is very fortunate that I have a de-escalation attitude towards these matters - when the owner called me to ask about this - he promised he would make this right - he never did and the dangerous tech still works for him to this day. There's many other choices in this market - save yourself the headache and safety."
