"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. "We have a 2nd story 832 sq ft house which had 2 wall A/C Units.  We were looking to upgrade to Central A/C.  Keys A/C went through every possible option, from converting half a closet to installing central a/c below the house and venting through the floor.  When it was all said and done the easiest (and only option that didn't involve loosing limited square footage) was Ductless A/C.  

Their quote was 75% of the closest competitor, and their professionalism exceeded everyone else as well.  After signing the contract and putting a deposit of 50% down for the units, they were here within a week to install.  They were here for 9 hours one day and returned the next day for 3 hours and the job was done -very efficiently - especially for the keys I must say!

They even took out the old AC Units and patched the hole in the wall (inside and out) for an extra charge - and did a great job!

I would recommend this company for everyone looking for AC in the Keys.
