"Mike Motto represents this company. I found him to be honest, fair, responsive in a very timely manner (rare with contractors) and very easy to deal with. If you are looking for the lowest possible price, he is not your guy. Mike and his very professional team WILL NOT paint over rot just to keep the estimate and price down. His guys WILL put two full, brush painted coats on your house and work constantly on the job until it is complete. When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny. A neighbor who is a retired contractor quietly monitored the project in my absence and stated that he did not know of any other company on Topsail Island who was as assiduous as Elite, and he was going to hire him for a large interior job."

I had a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with more than 1000 sq ft renovated by their crew in less than 2 weeks, which included painting, cabinet work, flooring, etc. at a reasonable price. Their crew installed laminate flooring in a 600-square-foot unit over the weekend. I had a deck with a railing built by their crew in a day, which was a last-minute inspection requirement to have the new tenant move in on time. "I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
