"Do not hire this company. Save yourself the hassle. They literally messed up every bit of work after a fire restoration. Communication is horribleâ ¦very slow process. Horrible work. I do not like giving bad reviews but I felt obligated to warn others. This is by far the worst work on a house that Iâ ve ever seen. I donâ t even think they did anything by code. This company shouldnâ t be allowed to operate."

All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. "We had what appeared to be a small problem with some moisture in our floor boards in the kitchen that turned into something much larger when we saw mold. We used Angie's List and found that FloodPros could assist us. We contacted them immediately and they showed up within the hour to identify the problems, develop a plan to contain and fix the problems. Joe is the owner of Flood Pros and helped us tremendously with what was initially a one month issue but ended up taking four start to finish. He was responsive, honest and empathetic. I felt that he was treating us as if he was his most important client, which clearly was not the case. In addition to having an outstanding crew, they also navigated the sometimes difficult process of insurance claim processing. By taking us directly out of the day to day, we were able to focus on other things that took some of the stress out of something that at times seemed overwhelming. At the end of the process, our home was fully restored and in better condition then where we started. Joe and his team are true professionals and extremely honest. While I truly hope we never have to go through this again, I am very grateful for everything they did."

"I had an excellent experience with One Stop Restoration in remediating flood damage to my finished basement and restoring it to its original condition. From start to finish, I felt I was in caring and experienced hands – it was clear that everyone engaged on my project was passionate about fairness, timeliness, quality, and superior customer service. "They were unable to identify or correct the humidity problem (which we discovered they caused) and so hired a forensic investigation which demonstrated that the static pressure testing was far outside of the manufacturer’s specs due to numerous issues including faulty installation. We called and then sent them a list of all of their errors and never received a response. They have shown themselves to be not only incompetent and negligent but demonstrate a callous disregard for their customers."
