Job had been put off for too long because I'd been concerned about the roof being damaged in the process of cleaning, but my neighbor said she could recommend Pro Care without hesitation and they would not use pressure washing or otherwise damage the surface. Estimate was detailed and turned around quickly, and service was scheduled right away. Technician was prompt, kind, professional and a great communicator. Work (a big job) was done cheerfully, well, and area around the house was left clean. Technician asked for approval to use slightly more moss-prevention treatment than had been anticipated in the estimate, but also mentioned the estimate reflected pricing for gutters without covers, so that resulted in a slight downward adjustment to the overall bill. I will certainly be hiring on an annual basis! Very pleased."

"Late this summer, I noticed a small tear in the vinyl deck surface on our back yard deck. I emailed the Waterproof Deck Company (Scott Dennis) and asked for advice on repairing it, to maintain the waterproofness of the deck surface. This company was the installer of the vinyl surface. Scott indicated that it would best to have him come out and do the repairs. He indicated that he'd get back to me soon and schedule a time to come out. He called me a few days later to schedule the time to come out and make the repair. He showed up at the agreed upon time and made the repair. <br />"

"I always use Angie's list for referrals so had high expectations for the service, but I was blown away by their responsiveness, competitive pricing and the quality of the work. They were prompt, good and responsive communicators, arrived when they said they would and did a meticulous job. Their prep work was more thorough than anyone else has ever done (even cleaning the underside of the deck) and the sanding made the surface look beautiful.....all before the two coats of pain they applied. I was doubly impressed by not only how professional and courteous they were to me, but how kind they were to one another.
