I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing.
