"Excellent. I have been using Pool Tech, owner Phil Waites, for several years. I called and asked his advice several times concerning a possible leak. It was the summer we had a severe heat wave and drought during July. 2012 I think. He told me what to do to determine if it was a leak or sun/heat caused loss. He fixed the pool for the remained of the season. The following year I had him change the sand in the filter and fix a major leak problem. From them on he did/does all my maintenance. He is honest, reasonable on prices, dependable and real joy to do business with. He enjoys his job and it is reflected in his work product. I highly recommend owner and company! "They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
