He took off the cover plate, and you could see the pan was full of water. The leak was coming from the water heater itself. So the water heater needed to be replaced. The door for the water heater was shorter than the water heater. And only 18 inches wide. Which meant that the water heater had to be just the right size to fit in past the door. He gave me a bid on the replacing the water heater. His bid was way, way better than the other five bids I had got already. So I said lets do it. He went to Home Depot to pick up the water heater I had called Home Depot about they told me the computer shows they have two in stock. He got there and Home Depot can't find one of them. So he called me from Home Depot. They had another Model that was the same size. The price was almost the same. I said ok get it. He came back and installed the hot water heater in a couple of hours. Than it was time to pay him. He rounded the amount down to less (that is right) less than his bid. Wow a Plumber who is honest, punctual, and communicates very well. He will be my first and only call for future Plumbing work!"

He arrived with a unit that was at the max end of the scale, which I didn't see until he had already installed it. I was tired of heating water at the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink.
