"I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. "The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

"Unprofessional. didn't bother to remove few stickers from the walls and painted on top of them. Also didn't protect ceiling with the tape and left some paint marks on the ceiling.

He was quick to visit to see the job and get me a written estimate right afterward.
The estimate provided a good description of the work, price and timeframe.
He wasn't lowest price but I liked his description of the problem and work to be done, and materials he'd use; my impression was that he'd do quality work (better than the others I had quote), which he did. 
Once I hired him and we agreed on a time to start, he was there right on time.
Got the job done fast and done right. Showed me what he did when he was done.
I'd definitely hire him again if I need work done.
