Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. "The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

"Unprofessional. didn't bother to remove few stickers from the walls and painted on top of them. Also didn't protect ceiling with the tape and left some paint marks on the ceiling.

I experienced a small leak from my roof this winter after having a new roof installed last fall by Sanville Roofing. Mr. Sanville hired Michaud to inspect the roof. Michaud came out immediately and claimed the leak was caused by a mid-roof ice dam. He cleared the ice dam and was on his way quickly. No other leaking occurred after that.

We never had roof leakage problems before during the winter and I don't blame the new roof. I suspect it might be because of escaping heat buildup from new ductwork installed in our attic last spring. We plan on having the ductwork sprayed with foam insulation to help.
