He came in on the day he said he would any finished on the day he Said he would. All pricing was up front end nothing was added on the back end. "Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"Tyler & Jeremy were great! Jeremy was very thorough when he showed up to take a look at our gutters. He did a full video inspection to show what was wrong with our old gutters. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Tyler was great with communication and kept us in the loop with the install and if we had any questions, he was able to answer them I would recommend using Surf & Turf to all my friends and family."
