We love the result and it turned out exactly as we'd discussed. I the deck would be a little tricky because it need to be installed on a preexisting curved concrete foundation but he didn't have any problems. I had called a competitor prior to calling Interstate, although they were pleasant, I was placed on hold for several minutes and then, after a quick conversation told that I would get a call back and that they would have to order the product, which would take 1 week. I did receive a call back and was also informed that in order for them to order it, they required 50% pre-payment. So, no question, I am glad I went with the locally owned Interstate.
