"Peter and Mark were very professional. I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises. They showed up on time and installed the dampers and the HVAC control panel. Very thorough and clean with their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors."

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"I looked at a number of different options and they had the best pricing and they also specialize in just doing central air. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

"Nice, professional, reliable guys ran gas line from outside to my kitchen and installed a new stove. Excellent service and clear communication. I will hire them again. My electrician was also impressed with them."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"He promptly responded to my request for service. He readily diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and it was up and running in no time. He is a lovely young gentleman and I would highly recommend him."

"Customer service was good, stayed in contact with me and updated me on arrival time of technician. Technician was courteous, professional, and gave good insight on how to maintain system, helped troubleshoot some things. Looking forward to working with Emerald HVAC again."

"The service was fine, we haven't had any problems since."
