"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Update 11/16/14.  Still haven't heard from Trusted about furnace service.  When I bought the coupon back in March and asked Richard about setting up an appointment for November he stated that they would call me in the fall to set up furnace service, well its supposed to get cold tonight [36º] and a week before T-Day.  If I have to call them to remind them about their obligation to finish their service contract thenI need to downgrade my rating."
