But it ended up the spring is 15k-cycle (realized from reading the invoice). After the broken part was replaced, a new issue came up - the garage door moved but bounced back right away. He insisted that the motor was old and I needed to get a new one. I told him that this issue didn't exist before the fix and it could be something was touched during his fix. We fell into arguments. He wanted to leave with a nonworking garage door or I should get a new motor to replace. I recalled that I had the same issu a long while ago and it was fixed by adjusting the two sensors. He realigned the sensors and finally the garage was working fine. But the experience is unpleasant."

Edven Benitez called around 12:30 and, as promised, arrived 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (the springs and the cables). I thought the structure/railing was also damaged with a slight bend and might need to be replaced. He was very honest and told me that that was almost certainly not a problem.
