"Garage door was re-triggering and rising back up when it closed. Had to try it a couple of times to get it to stay down. Precision Pro said I needed new door opener which would include 1 remote and new key pad. Opener also has camera. Door opens extremely quiet now and no problems, except camera. Can't always get picture on phone. I called Technician back out today to check. It is probably something I haven't figured out yet! Technician was extremely courteous and helped me with a discount. I always call Precision for my garage door. In the past they have also adjusted my door and replaced a badly needed strip along the bottom of the door. Awesome people!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
