We sent him all our plans and permits and he was very agreeable and sent us emails for two months about the project. He met our family and gave us time lines for the project and a sewage company he wanted started digging. Then he never came by again, never emailed us back, never returned our calls. We thought he must've been physically hurt or something but no he just acts unprofessional. We are in an awful mess now. I advise anyone who speaks with him to be very careful. He is a liar."

Even include an extra 30 days as buffer. The only thing left was to sign a contract. Doesn't respond to messages or phone calls. Looks like a nice and knowledgeable person, but doesn't like to be held responsible for the work and timings."
