"The technicians were professional and thorough. The terrazzo floor had several really embedded stains, probably from the carpet that had been down for decades. They treated these areas and i am happy with the result. The cleaning, treating, sealing, and buffing was quite a process. I am happy with the end result. I would recommend this company."

"We had a very positive experience today. Gabe explained the carpet cleaning in detail and his price was fair.Eddie, who cleaned ourcarpets, was polite, cooperative, and very thorough. The young men who helped him move furniture to prepare for the carpet cleaning were polite and careful. Very professional workers - we are pleased with the results."

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"The man worked on Thanks Giving day b/c my mom ordered furniture to be moved next day. He cleaned the room after the job was done moved staff back on places and it was a wonderfull job."

"Nice work crew that moved furniture and cleaned carpet. Only one issue. They do not use equipment that absorbs and removes dirty water from carpets like we have had done before."
