Get matched with top grout: replace or repairers in South Bay, FL

"How lucky were we that we found Krzysztof! This man is a master!!! We needed to have plumbing repaired under our tub. Two tiles needed to be replaced! It looked terrible!! Krzysztof did an incredible job replacing the tile even though the grout lines were about 1/32!! Seamless!! I can’t say enough how happy we are with his work. Awesome!!"

"I had a great experience working with this Dewald at Apex Surface Solutions on my kitchen renovation. They completed a full wall retiling, painted the kitchen cabinets, and refinished everything beautifully. The attention to detail was impressive-every tile was placed perfectly, and the finish on the cabinets looks smooth, modern, and high-quality. They were professional, reliable, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Communication was easy, and they made sure I was happy with each step before moving forward. The kitchen looks completely transformed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor you can trust!"

"I called Martinez flooring and other wood floor companies after I discovered red oak underneath tile. The flooring is about 70 years old and I wasn’t sure if it could be salvaged after removing a layer of tile and Durock cement boards that were nailed down to the floor. Hector came out for a quote and was knowledgeable and provided a fair price so I decided to hire them. First step was to order the new wood and allow for acclimation. This took a bit longer than expected but after a couple of weeks the wood was in my house acclimating. In the meantime, there were a few days that team members would show up to prep the floor such as remove nails, replace damaged boards, etc. Once the wood had acclimated, the new wood was installed and the process began. They sanded it down, did repairs, filled holes, etc. The team even worked on the weekend in order to meet the set timeline. I finally got to sample stains and the team was helping in providing various samples for me to choose from - I went with Dark Walnut and it looks great! Once the floors were stained they sealed and put final coat. Floors turned out great! Communication and punctuality was a bit of an issue but overall these guys know what they’re doing and I love my new floors. I would definitely recommend and hire again. Hoping to use them for baseboards as well."

"We couldn’t be happier with Alex’s work on our bathroom remodel! He and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about tile design and installation. Alex was so patient and took the time to help me choose a tile design that worked really well for the space and era of the house. For the installation, Alex and his team were meticulous and paid close attention to detail; their craftsmanship was outstanding. The project was completed on time and within budget, with clear communication every step of the way. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality tile work and exceptional service!"

"Great service at a great price. I would highly recommend for any tile installation."

"Grout Medic did an outstanding job and made my tile floor shine. I almost didn't buy my house because I thought the floors would have to be replaced. The tile was discolored, some were cracked and the grout so filthy it was nauseating. It would be unreasonable to think 18 year old floors could look like new but the work Grout Medic did came pretty close. I would hire them again in a hearbeat!"

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

"I had exterior repairs and cleaning of my rental property. I had some repairs done to the roof along with power washing if the exterior. There were also some spots that needed stucco repaired in some places. I live out of state and they hadled this very professionally. My neighbor watch the workers and gave very positive feedback stating they were a great crew and did a great job."

"We hired Ard Deco Plastering to clean, fill, and reseal 3000 square feet of tile floors and a very large primary bath shower. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They moved and replaced furniture as necessary. My tile floors look brand new! Fantastic job!"
